I think you have picked a good topic where there is a need for some content like this.  You have a very animated teaching style which is engaging and that works well on video and along with your audio narration.The interface of the course is clean, simple, and for the most part easy to understand.

I did not get an opportunity to do the personal consultations with you that you mentioned were part of this course, but I think that is good that people have a personal contact with you as they are working on this material. The quality of your video production is very good and lends for good clear understanding. It is also very good that you kept these video clips to very short duration.

The program is made up of 12 modules, and each module consists of a video training along with handouts and visual tools. You will receive links to each new module every week over the course of 3 months. I am only just beginning this journey into recognizing, and fulfilling, my body’s potential. Already, I am developing a greater appreciation and feeling for muscle groups and their interactions. My body has never been able to move like this. I have been trying to get back in shape after having 3 kids, the last two being a long twin pregnancy.  I started back with my favorite kickboxing gym, going 3-4x/week for about 7 months.  During that time, I never lost any weight and wound up with a hand and shoulder injury that put me on the sidelines for 2 months.  I started to work with Patrick and realized that I had some unresolved hormonal issues related to the twin pregnancy that completely thwarted my progress.

I learned that my muscles weren’t moving properly and I wasn’t taking care of my body in the correct way, all which lead to becoming injured.  Working with Patrick has opened my eyes to a new way of restoring my body to make it function optimally.  The lessons I have learned from Patrick have not come easily, however.  There is a huge learning curve and a great deal of time is required to learn this new process, but if you do invest the time, the pay-off is enormous.  My body has never been able to move like this and I am more confident.

I have more energy, I’m lighter on my feet… When I get up and walk my legs feel light, flexible and without pain.

Prior to coming to Evolve I felt miserable. Nothing wanted to move properly, I felt stiff and in pain most days. My muscles felt tender and hard with little momentum to move and I needed a lot of effort to get going with pain. Now that I have been coming to Evolve my body feels like it has woken up. My muscles now feel like they are willing to move, and they are not as tender. I have more energy, I’m lighter on my feet and now my body craves the exercises because of the great feeling I get every time I do them. It has become part of my daily routine.

My body has started to alert me of pain in different areas that I used to ignore. I pay more attention to what my body is telling me. The online videos are very informative. For instance, now when I cross my legs I automatically do the trigger point.  When I get up and walk my legs feel light, flexible and without pain. A great tool to have handy, and I use it every chance I get.

The results have been amazing once I started to focus physically and mentally on the problems. I have the tools to help my body move better and more pain free. 

I started going to Patrick after having countless running injuries. I would get better and start running again, only to find myself injured again and taking huge amounts of time off every few months. I had gone to lots of orthopedists, physical therapists, and chiropractors, but I still kept getting injured. A friend recommended that I try seeing Patrick. 

I knew the first day that he was different from other types of therapy. Just from looking at my body and talking to me, he noticed things that other therapists didn’t notice during all of my time with them. He also stressed that we needed to treat the system not the symptoms. It made a lot of sense because I felt like other therapists would stretch and strengthen the site of my injury, but then I would get another injury somewhere else as a result.

After my first treatment, I could already feel the difference. I stood up straighter, and I could walk effortlessly; I felt like my body was pushing me forward without me even trying. Patrick said to me, “now imagine what it would be like when you’re running if your body is pushing you forward like that. How much faster could you run?”

So far in the program, the three most significant changes in my body have been that I walk around everyday with better posture, I am more aware of when I can push my body and when I need to back off, and I have the tools to help my body move better and more pain free.

Each step of the Live Pain-Free Process is designed to work with the previous steps and build your knowledge and tools for healing your body and maintaining a lifestyle that is healthy and active. The steps are broken into 4 main sections:


The first step is about understanding your body and mind in a way that allows you to work with it, rather than against it. You will learn the three key foundations of this approach, the different systems that govern your body and how they interact, the destructive signals that are hard-wired into our brains, the impact of simple things like breathing and stress, and so much more! You will also classify your pain according to a chart, which will lay the foundation for the rest of the program.


Physical Breakdown

The second step is to breakdown each individual area of the body to really dig into the anatomy and learn specific exercises, trigger points, stretches, and other techniques to release pain in that area. We will cover 8 separate areas of the body.


We will have covered a lot of material and created a personalized Restorative Plan specific to your situation. It is important to review key points and learn how the areas and exercises are connected to one another.


Now that you have all the tools you need, we will help you integrate them into your life in a sustainable way. Learn to incorporate movement and exercises into your routine without having to set aside large amounts of time.
